ABOUT BIONEUROEMOTION®

BioNeuroEmotion® is a humanistic method focused on reaching a deep understanding of our way of perceiving the world in order to improve our reality and that of others. It is based on scientific, philosophical and humanistic disciplines that study emotions and their relationship with beliefs, perception, the body and interpersonal relationships.

Your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions influence your wellbeing; that is why Bioneuroemotion® is a new method for emotional wellbeing. Its main objective is to understand and influence emotional wellbeing by working on the change in perception and understanding of the unconscious information transmitted by our culture and our family, with the aim of achieving a change in information and therefore creating a new and more positive reality.

Bioneuroemotion® goals:

•• Promote a holistic vision of life, connecting the mind with the body and the environment.
•• Facilitate the achievement of the wellbeing and health of people.
•• Integrate with the different social and health sciences to achieve a holistic approach to physical and emotional problems.

Is Bioneuroemotion® for me?

Bioneuroemotion® focuses on identifying those aspects of our way of being that limit us —beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, traumas, etc.— to transform them into elements that enhance our freedom and wellbeing. It promotes a vision that understands that what happens to us in our lives is not causality, and that we have the ability to perceive problems as opportunities for personal growth and development.
Therefore, Bioneuroemotion® is for all those who are willing to question their own reality and open up to new possibilities and fields of study.

What is the Bioneuroemotion® based on?

Bioneuroemotion® has its foundations in multiple disciplines. Some of them are the following:
•• Knowledge from Psychology, especially those belonging to Carl Gustav Jung’s Analytic Psychology, although it also relies on others such as Social Psychology or Psychogenealogy.
•• Knowledge related to disciplines in the field of health, such as Psychoneuroimmunology, behavioral Epigenetics, Neuropsychology or Biology.
•• Practical tools related to Rational-Emotive therapy (RET), Gestalt therapy, Systemic therapy or Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
